Minimum Requirements:
*Be at least 18 years old
*Pass a criminal background check
*Have reliable transportation
*Have at least 3 months of personal or professional experience caring for or assisting individuals with disabilities
*Be dependable, respectful, and ready to support members with daily living, community involvement, and skill building
*Be able to follow care plans, safety procedures, and agency guidelines
*Communicate professionally with members, families, guardians, and team members
