As a Direct Care Worker, you are not only working a job, but you are also making a difference in our developmentally disabled members lives.  In order to be successful as a staff with this agency you must be passionate and patient at what you do.  Your hard work will be well worth the effort when you see the member’s so happy from achieving something for the first time because of the help and support you provided. These are the moments that are priceless.
